The Jade Sour was created by The Veil Speakeasy as a modern twist on the classic gin sour. Inspired by the vibrant flavours of New Zealand kiwi and Japanese yuzu, our bartenders set out to craft a cocktail that was both refreshing and distinctive. The result is a beautifully balanced blend of smooth gin, sweet kiwi, bright lemon, and aromatic yuzu, finished with its signature jade-green colour. Created to showcase bold, fresh flavours with a contemporary edge, the Jade Sour has become one of The Veil Speakeasy's signature cocktails.
